Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, depending on the size, weight, and location of your order.

We are a small team here at Ooma Tesoro’s, and we hand pack and ship all packages in-house. We aim to fulfill orders within two to three business days of purchase, though depending upon our shipping cycle and where the shipment is headed. We move as quickly as possibly to get you your shipment as early as possible!

Based on 12 years of trial and error, our preferred domestic shipping service is FedEx. We’ve tried them all and found that our sauce makes it to customers most reliably – and safely in its jar – with FedEx. We want you to be happy and getting your sauce – intact!

We use USPS for certain smaller shipments, mostly logowear products.

We understand that free shipping is a common expectation these days. The truth is there is no such thing. We pack your orders with love and safely hand them off to our hardworking FedEx carriers, who bring them directly to your door. We hope you'll consider the cost a small price to pay for the convenience – and for the best marinara sauce you’ll ever eat.

We are happy to offer our Split the Ship option to those who would like to use it – we’ll cover 50% of the shipping cost!

We offer free standard shipping for any qualifying order with a subtotal of $200.00 or more (that's after promo codes, but before taxes and surcharges).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@oomatesoros.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Yes! Our premium marinara sauce can be found in over 250 (and counting!) fine food stores nationwide. For your convenience, we’ve built a store locator to find the location nearest you.

Customers who bought auto ship – or subscription – products can view and manage their subscriptions from their customer account.

After logging in, click My account, and then Subscriptions.

Click your subscription to view its details, including:

🍅 Subscription frequency
🍅 Order history
🍅 Saved billing and shipping information

To cancel the subscription, click Cancel Subscription. Canceling your subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order. If your order hasn’t shipped, you may contact us separately at sales@oomatesoros.com to request a refund. Otherwise, your subscription will be canceled moving forward.

Our packing peanuts are made from cornstarch.

The beauty of cornstarch packaging is that you can dispose of it exactly how you like and the result will still be environmentally friendly. If you would like to, you can simply dissolve them in water, or send it to the landfill with the weekly trash, and after seventy two days the peanuts will have completely broken down.

Please do not compost our cornstarch peanuts, though, as they are not fully organic.
